Product Description Designed and manufactured in Malaysia, Buffalo Cookware is exclusively made from BUFFALO Clad, a material with faster and more even thermal conductivity than conventional stainless steel cookware. The German gear with mortise and tenon joint design, simple switch, and safe, durable, and easy-to-clean features make it a standout product.

The pressure indication valve allows for easy pressure relief, and the emergency pressure relief safety device ensures suitability for use on gas stoves, electric stoves, induction cookers, and ceramic furnaces. Buffalo Pressure Cooker has also obtained ISO 9001:2000 and Safety Goods (SG) Certificates from Japan.

Pressure canning is the only safe method of preserving vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Jars of food are placed in 2 to 3 inches of water in a special pressure cooker, which is heated to a temperature of at least 240°F. This temperature can only be reached using the pressure method.
